Ron was my father-in-law. His strong love for his family was always evident to me. He and Doreen had many fun times with us in Canada;"building" our house and visiting WW2 Naval sites in Nova Scotia to taking road trips with us down the east coast to Florida, swimming in the Gulf of Mexican and being slapped by a fish-tail (the water was hot!). We shall miss their visits but remember him fondly, especially at this time of the year. May he rest in peace.
